Operations Manager- Orleans

Location: Prosource of New Orleans

Pay: Base Salary $55,000-$70,000 / year + Bonus Potential

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

• Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth workflow across the business
• Process cash receipts, deposits, credits, refunds, and claims
• Manage inventory levels and maintain inventory accuracy
• Coordinate purchasing activities and place orders with vendors
• Receive and post merchandise receipts in RFMS
• Supervise warehouse operations, deliveries, and order fulfillment
• Monitor job costing processes and operational reporting
• Prepare month-end operational reports and maintain records
• Maintain showroom organization, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Support sales staff by ensuring operational processes run efficiently
• Assist Members and Clients with operational and service-related needs
• Build strong relationships with vendors, customers, and internal team members
• Support and develop operational team members

Ideal Background:

• 5+ years of operations management experience
• Experience with inventory management, purchasing, warehouse operations, or logistics
• Flooring, wholesale, distribution, home improvement, or related industry experience preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
• Experience with RFMS or similar business software is a plus
