This job owns and drives the entire product lifecycle of a portfolio of products. Uses or commissions market research, usability studies and focus groups to identify best-of-breed benchmarks for solving customer problems. Leads company-wide decision-making for the product domain. Develops culture of experimentation and innovation to solve core customer needs in the product domain, owns business planning, and serves as a representative to leadership.

This position within the Data Analytics Product team is responsible for owning and advancing the analytics product portfolio supporting the Access to Care domain, with opportunities to expand into additional organizational domains. In partnership with operational, clinical, and executive leaders, this role will define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for a critical business function. Leveraging analytics best practices and deep domain expertise, the Analytics Product Management Lead will serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, translating strategic objectives into scalable analytics solutions, driving adoption, measuring business value, and ensuring continuous product improvement.
A successful candidate will have 6+ years of experience in analytics, product management, healthcare operations, or a related field.
Required – Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or related field.
Preferred
- Master's degree in business, technical, or related field.
Required – 6 years of product manager or other relevant experience. Experience leading the product lifecycle for 2-3 large products from visioning through requirements development through launch and measurement.

- Understanding of domain and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications and ability to interpret, analyze, and understand complex data sets.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present complex data to tell the product story to senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizations to further the mission of the product team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use a creative approach.
- Time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Drives product prioritization and detailed product definition for digital and telemedicine products for multiple products across disciplines and service lines.
- Invents channels with customers, stakeholders, and partners to identify problem areas that technology can solve.
