Location: New Orleans

Highly responsible administrative, inspection, and liaison work with New Orleans Aviation Board members and Airport management. This position oversees a variety of airport concession contracts and leases including monitoring tenant lease compliance and overseeing the day-to-day operations of concession accounts and related duties as required. Employees in this classification must exercise considerable independent judgment in reacting to unanticipated situations within airport policies;
and related work as required.
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Four (4) years of professional work experience, two (2) years of which must have included negotiating commercial lease agreements.
- Professional experience is experience gained in a position that required a Bachelor's Degree upon entrance.
- A valid driver's license.
