Location: Saint Amant
A Parts Specialist is responsible for sourcing, procuring, and selling parts and accessories that are required by customers. This position requires an individual who has a strong background in industrial or similar industries that require the use and replacement of parts.
Primary Responsibilities:
Efficient sourcing and procurement of parts
Consulting with technicians and customers to understand part requirements
Providing quotations, pricing and availability of parts
Handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
Handling and maintaining the inventory records
Qualifications:
A High School diplomaA minimum of 2 years of experience in a parts related business or industry
Good analytical and problem solving skills demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
