🔌 BOSS Built Environment - Electrical Project Superintendent – Hyperscale Data Center - Tier 1 General Contractor
A Tier 1 general contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Superintendent to lead mission‑critical data center projects in Iowa. This is a high‑visibility role for a hands‑on leader who excels in fast‑paced, complex construction environments.

- 🤝 Work directly with clients, designers, and engineers to deliver exceptional results
- 🏗️ Be part of a Tier 1 general contractor recognized for excellence in construction
- Lead on‑site teams and subcontractors as the primary supervisor
- Maintain and enforce rigorous project safety standards
- Collaborate with Project Managers on schedule, budget, and overall project execution
- Prepare two‑week lookahead schedules and maintain accurate documentation
- Support subcontractor selection, coordination, and performance management
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, and field teams
- Provide mentorship and growth opportunities for the team
- 5+ years of Project Superintendent experience (data center experience preferred)
- Electrical background required ⚡
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents 📐
- Business acumen and relationship‑building capabilities
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus 🌎
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to learn project‑specific software 💻
