UDR, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator for a 10–12 month contract at our San Francisco, CA property. The role focuses on managing the building's re-pipe project, resident communications, contractor oversight, and QA/QC processes.
Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with an on-site, full-time commitment. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, inspecting work on-site with contractors, serving as Owner’s Representative in meetings, and maintaining detailed construction
