Position SummaryWe’re looking for a Producer/Editor to join the two professional sports teams. In this role, you will tell our exciting story through the producing and editing of various segments. The Producer/Editor will be responsible for editing segments, features and other content, for distribution across multiple platforms to convey our story.
What You’ll Be Doing- Shoot, edit, and produce compelling long- and short-form video content for both teams’ digital platforms
- Lead videography and post-production efforts, including lighting setup, camera operation, editing, and color correction/grading
- Shape and execute a creative vision that delivers engaging content across all platforms, including in-stadium, television, radio, digital, and social channels
- Collaborate closely with Digital Media, Sponsorship, Community Relations, and Marketing teams to ensure high-quality, consistent, and goal-aligned storytelling
- Contribute to new content development through idea generation, research, and concept development to support audience engagement and organizational objectives
- Stay informed on current events, trends, and storylines related to the two professional sports teams
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in videography and video editing, including shooting, post-production, and content delivery. (This is NOT an entry-level role.)
- Demonstrated experience with professional lighting techniques and color correction/color grading workflows
- Experience with special effects, 3D, and compositing
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of post-production environments
- Exceptional attention to detail, a strong visual eye, and an understanding of current web and social video trends
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and early mornings as needed
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
