Event Specialist – Think Tell Junction
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team and drive the planning and execution of various events that engage and excite our audience. As an Event Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences through meticulous planning and innovative strategies.
Responsibilities- Design and implement engaging event concepts according to budgetary and client requirements
- Coordinate logistics for various events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audio/visual needs
- Generate and manage event timelines and budgets to ensure all aspects are executed on schedule
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure seamless collaboration
- Develop promotional materials and manage event marketing strategies
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably 3+ years
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and vendors effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when necessary
- Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
- Competitive hourly wage: $19 – $23 per hour
