St. Charles Printing & FASTSIGNS is looking for a Graphic Designer who’s eager to learn, loves design that actually gets produced, and thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment. What You’ll Do

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll bring ideas to life from concept to production:

• Design computer-generated, full-color graphics and vinyl output for print and signage
• Create, modify, and prepare customer-supplied artwork for production
• Determine layout, sizing, typography, and design elements based on space, aesthetics, and production requirements
• Prepare files for printing, cutting, and mounting across multiple output devices
• Inspect jobs for accuracy, material selection, and correct output settings
• Maintain and organize customer logo and artwork libraries
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations

• 1–2 years of graphic design experience (sign, print, or production design a plus)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
• Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and willingness to learn
