The City of New Orleans is seeking an entry-level customer service representative for the Sewerage & Water Board call center. You will receive, process, and respond to service requests and public inquiries via telephone, in person, e-mails, and other channels.
The position requires fixed or rotating shifts, may include weekends, and emergency work. It does not involve police, fire, or EMS calls. A one-year probationary period applies with pre-employment testing as described.
