Each center treats a high volume of full-arch cases and centers operate with a multidisciplinary team, including prosthodontists, oral surgeons, and in-house laboratories, supported by modern digital technology.

Job Description:

Clear Choice centers are specialist-only, owned and run by prosthodontists who make clinical decisions, conduct patient consultations, and perform day-to-day restorative appointments. Oral surgeons address surgical needs and place implants. Centers maintain a fully-equipped in-house laboratory and use digital tools such as CBCT, desktop and IOS scanners, and Cubex-controlled substance management system. Our world-class management services provide non-clinical support (marketing, finance, HR, IT, training, compliance, and more) so clinicians can focus on dentistry.

Centers share clinical affiliation to enable national collaboration on procedures, protocols, and research.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of prosthetic dentistry and related dental implant services to the standards set by the practice.
• Build rapport with patients and staff and contribute to the center’s success.
• Lead the center with an emphasis on driving profitability.
• Maintain a patient-centered approach to treatment planning and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Professional Degree: DDS/DMD
• Certificate in Prosthodontics from an ADA-accredited program.
