Description

The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time General Dentist to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in West Burlington, IA
!

Position Highlights:
  • Work/Life Balance: flexible schedule within clinic hours seeing on average 15 patients per day + hygiene checks
  • Full supportive team includes: 2 dentists, 2 registered dental hygienists, dental assistants, & support staff
  • Financial Support: Eligible for up to $50,000 in student loan repayment through state & federal programs
  • Competitive Salary: $175,000-$234,000 based on experience + production incentive
  • Operatories: 12
  • EHR: Epic Wisdom
Benefits:

    Education:

    5-10 paid days + $3000-$4000/year
  • Additional $5 per hygienist chart they sign off, paid monthly (estimated between $6000-$12,000 more annually)
  • Eligible for $10,000 bonus each year when signing a 3-year contract and could continue annually for up to 5 years.
  • Paid Time Off: 20-28 PTO days/year + 7 paid holidays
  • Retirement Plans
    : 403b plan (4% of salary + 1% additional if employee contributes 2%); 457 plan eligible

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • DDS or D.M.D. degree.
