• Lead a range of local and national projects within the multi-family residential, mixed-use, commercial, and adaptive reuse markets in Baton Rouge and New Orleans.
• Effectively manage a talented team of designers in our Baton Rouge and New Orleans offices.
• Foster open communication across the studio.
• Manage and oversee project teams; marketing and business development; ownership of studio success, backlog, and financial performance.

• 15+ years of experience in project management; exceptional creativity and leadership skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of building technology and structures; outstanding communication and client interaction skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills; professional degree in architecture; architectural license required.
• Knowledge of Revit and Adobe Creative Suite; LEED AP credential preferred.
