WHAT YOU WILL DO

Individual will be responsible for developing and executing project goals for large portions of projects autonomously, as well as organizing their own efforts and the efforts of their team… with only periodic oversight. The right candidate will prove to be an emerging leader in the office, have a strong knowledge of architectural practice and be developing as a mentor of the technical design effort.

They will also supervise detailed design development, project coordination and quality control efforts during all phases of project work.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Candidates must be licensed to practice architecture and have considerable knowledge of building technology and construction processes. The Architect position will require a candidate with a positive attitude, the ability to work within a collaborative team, possess strong critical‑thinking skills, have a high visual acuity, and strong organizational, communication and coordination skills, have the ability to prioritize and manage tasks against deadlines and to operate in a fast‑paced workplace.

Experience in commercial projects is required, and experience in Revit software is preferred.
