Architectural Drafter

New Orleans, LA:
Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an Architect or Architectural Draftsman with strong Revit proficiency to support high-end residential and commercial design projects.

• Develop and manage Revit models from schematic design through full construction documents
• Produce complete, permit-ready drawing sets, including plans, elevations, sections, and schedules
• Incorporate markups and redlines quickly and accurately
• Coordinate drawings for clarity, constructability, and compliance with applicable codes
• Work directly with the owner/architect to support design intent and project delivery

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience using Revit in an architecture or drafting role
• Experience in residential and/or commercial architectural projects
• Strong understanding of U.S. building codes and permitting processes
• Ability to work efficiently in a small-office environment and communicate effectively
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while producing drawings
• Ability to work at a computer for prolonged durations
• Ability to manage typical office tasks associated with architectural production
