Medical Optometrist Opportunities in Iowa

Wolfe Eye Clinic has opportunities for full and part-time Optometrists to join our organization. Our physician owned, multispecialty medical and surgical eye care practice has been in business for more than 100 years. We have a strong family eye care foundation with well-established locations across the state of Iowa. We are seeking Optometrists in the following Iowa areas:

Cedar Falls/Waterloo
Hiawatha/Iowa City
Marshalltown

Strong candidates will be people-oriented, high-energy individuals with a passion for quality patient care. Someone who combines exceptional work ethic and excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a deep technical understanding of optometry. Our Optometrists enjoy the opportunity of providing broad spectrum primary eye care, including the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic eye diseases in collaboration with Ophthalmologists, co-management of cataract and other surgery patients, as well as contact lens services.

On-site equipment includes an OCT, visual field unit and auto-refractor. Most of our locations have an optical department. The incoming Optometrist will enjoy a diversity of medical patients and a comfortable work/life balance.

Clinic hours are Monday thru Friday approx. 8 am to 5 pm

Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited training program, have the ability to be licensed in the state of Iowa, and be able to examine patients of all ages who have a full range of visual problems.
