AEGIS Response Team supports Law Enforcement agencies with the challenges of staffing shortages in U.S. cities. The team responds to low-priority 911 calls, allowing police departments to maintain high-quality service while redeploying resources to priority needs. Through this partnership, AEGIS supports Law Enforcement agencies as they increase operational efficiency with limited uniformed officers.
Role DescriptionThe Training Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing training programs to ensure the professional development of team members as Aegis prepares to deploy in various cities. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating training sessions, developing training content, communicating with staff, and monitoring the effectiveness of training. The role involves working closely with Aegis leadership and various stakeholders to address training needs and ensure sufficient program execution.
Qualifications- Prior Law Enforcement experience
- Strong skills in Training Coordination and Training & Development practices
- Proficient in providing Training and Employee Training
- Exceptional Communication skills to facilitate and deliver key training concepts
- Ability to assess and evaluate training needs and tailor programs accordingly
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in public safety or emergency response training is a plus
- Proficiency in using training management tools and technology is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field preferred
