Are you a visionary educator ready to lead with equity, creativity, and courage? Bricolage Academy is building a Leadership Candidate Pool for the 2026–2027 school year, and we’re seeking high-potential leaders who are ready to help shape the future of public education in New Orleans.

Bricolage Academy is a single-site PreK–8 charter school grounded in inclusive excellence, rigorous academics, and creative problem-solving. Our name,

This posting is designed to identify and pre‑screen strong leadership talent in anticipation of future leadership opportunities across instructional and student support areas.

Candidates in the pool may be considered for leadership roles for the 2026–2027 school year, including but not limited to:

• Instructional Leadership
• Academic Programs & MTSS Leadership
• Organizational Leadership
• (Exact roles will be shared as positions become available.)

We’re seeking leaders who:

• Hold a deep belief in every child’s potential
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and innovation
• Bring proven leadership skills and a growth‑oriented mindset
• Thrive in collaborative, creative, and fast‑paced environments
• Are passionate about building strong school culture and community partnerships
• Hold state leadership certification or are eligible to obtain certification

• Be considered early for potential leadership opportunities
