Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide individualized academic and career advising to students regarding course selection, degree planning, registration, and academic progress.
- Assist students in developing realistic academic goals and educational plans aligned with their career interests.
- Monitor student academic performance and provide early intervention for students needing additional support.
- Advise students on institutional policies, catalog requirements, academic standing, and transfer or graduation requirements.
- Provide students with semester plans and assist with goal setting.
- Document advising sessions and refer students to other supportive services on and off campus.
