We are searching for a Customer Value Agreement (CVA) Specialist to join our growing operations at our Reserve, LA location. The CVA Specialist’s goal will be to assist customers in getting the most from their machines, reducing their owning and operating costs while providing a hassle‑free ownership experience. This will be accomplished by educating customers on various ownership plans fit to their unique needs in order to extend equipment life and maximize their investment.

• Quoting new CVA opportunities for sales reps
• Managing the CVA tracking software
• Managing CVA PSE renewal opportunities
• Informing new customers and educating them on their CVA
• Managing CVA data and numbers
• Fulfilling CVA and Dealer parts kits
• Dealer parts Kit Fulfillment within tolerance and CAT Standards
• Any other duties required to perform this position
• Occasional Travel for Customer Interaction

• You will promote positive customer experience for Louisiana Cat according to Caterpillar and Louisiana Cat expectations
• You will develop a knowledge base of parts and service offerings
• You will maintain good work habits and positively promote Caterpillar and Louisiana Cat
• You will have the tools and building blocks to MAKE A CAREER here at Louisiana Cat

• 2- or 4-year degree or related industry experience
• Construction industry knowledge coupled with mechanical aptitude
• Sales experience a plus but not required
• Self-Starter
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with ability to quickly learn new programs
• Ability to multi‑task in an effective, timely, and professional manner
• Well‑developed organizational skills and problem‑solving ability
• Safe Operations Mindset

• 8am 5pm Monday – Friday
• Onsite role in Reserve, Louisiana
