Position Specific Description

Join the groundbreaking effort to restart Duane Arnold Energy Center. As a Project Manager with a focus on Operations, you'll be essential to this historic project, conducting operations work control activities such as assisting with work order reviews, plant lineups, clearances and minor maintenance activities including manipulation of plant equipment. This is your opportunity to apply your operations skills and nuclear experience to a transformational project powering Iowa's clean energy future.

This is a full time project bound role with expected duration thru December 31, 2027.

• Leads substantial and complex projects independently to ensure completion in accordance with schedule date
• Develops project plans such that stakeholders and contributors understand their assignments and timing
• Deploys resources efficiently, ensuring that work performance flows without bottlenecks and gaps
• Innovates solutions to problems that arise from changing project circumstances
• Values and effectively incorporates certain functional experts into projects
• Calculates costs and controls expenses to budget
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
