Must Haves- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of chemical manufacturing experience
- Experience with RCFA (root cause failure analysis)
- Experience with vibration monitoring and oil sampling
- Active TWIC or ability to obtain
- Experience managing long‑term initiatives (small/large capital)
We are seeking a skilled Rotating Equipment Engineer with a minimum of five years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment. This onsite role follows a 9/80 schedule and requires 24/7 on‑call availability for plant emergencies. The engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues with rotating equipment such as pumps and compressors, identifying bad actors, conducting Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), and driving long‑term reliability initiatives.
Close collaboration with both engineering and operations teams is essential.
