• Design, analyze, and develop structural and mechanical components and systems based on customer requirements and industry standards
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing designs for enhanced safety, efficiency, and reliability
• Willingness to scope jobs offshore
• Review and analyze existing crane systems
• Ensure all engineering activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards specific

• 5 years' Civil/Structural experience
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
• Proven experience in mechanical design and analysis, preferably within offshore or heavy lifting equipment industries
• AutoCAD experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be able to work on-site in Louisiana
