• Prepare, modify, and review drawings per engineers' specifications and customers' requirements.
• Maintain The Design Pipeline in Hub Spot and reports progress weekly.
• Prepare and review submittals that comply with the contract specifications and design effluent guidelines.
• Ensure all drafting guidelines and policies are followed throughout the design department.
• Assist and research special projects to support the following departments: project management, estimating, and contracting.
• Review all submittal & production CAD drawings for STP/LS Products.
• Field and respond to inquiries relating to permitting.
• Follow-up on contracting bids & design requests to increase the design department capture rate.
• Research methods and technology to improve STP design.
• Assist with growing and maintaining vendor and partner relationships.
• Assist with maintaining costs and updating the quoting templates to ensure projects are quoted to meet profit and sales goals.
• Prepares all contracting estimates for STP and LS
• Attends contracting bids and pre-bids as needed.

• Self-motivated, positive attitude, helpful, and have strong organizational and planning skills.
• Able to multi-task at any given time and provide attention to accuracy and detail.
• Excellent communication skills; both oral and written.
• Excel experience.
• AutoCAD 2017 or higher.
• Able to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Must have strong computer skills and competent use of Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to me deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Frequently required to sit at a desk, occasionally required to walk and stand.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Must have good vision and can look at a computer screen for a long period of time.
