What You’ll Do- Lead design and development from concept to launch, shaping the future of industrial automation
- Take ownership of full‑cycle projects: scope, timeline, and deliverables
- Design, build, and test innovative mechanical and electromechanical systems using advanced tools (Solid Works preferred)
- Engineer and evaluate system performance through experiments and data‑driven testing
- Build, qualify, and continually refine custom test equipment
- Collaborate across functions including R&D, manufacturing and business development, driving brainstorming and design reviews
- Communicate progress, risks, and results across multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 5 years hands‑on engineering experience
- Proven expertise in 3D modeling (Solid Works, Pro‑E, Inventor, etc.)
- Exceptional mechanical design and prototyping skills
- A builder’s mindset: eager to test, learn, and improve—quickly
