Sportsbook Supervisor

Responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the Sports Book, including setting betting limits, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and company policies, and delivering positive customer experiences.

• Oversee daily operations of the Sports Book.
• Ensure all company, property, and legal policies are consistently adhered to.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Handle personnel matters: scheduling, coaching, counseling, training, hiring, and discharging.
• Explain and interpret rules and payoffs for customers.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and appropriately.
• Maintain communication with the Company’s Race & Sports Hub and stay updated on Hub guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

• Minimum age 21 years.
• One year of recent experience in a similar position preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of applicable gaming regulations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications.
