Blackbird Bend is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee venue restaurant operations, including events, scheduling, inventory, cash control, and guest service. You will ensure compliance with alcohol policies, health and safety standards, and staff training, reporting to the F&B Director/GM.
Preferred candidates have gaming industry exposure, a Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years related experience, and the ability to obtain a Key Gaming License.
