Location: New Orleans
Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel is seeking a Customer Services Representative to welcome guests, answer questions, and support daily casino operations. You will help create a fun, safe, and informative environment and relay guest feedback to departments. Weekend and holiday availability (including Thursday through Sunday nights) is required.
On the casino floor you will greet guests, assist with questions, and maintain a positive attitude while upholding company policies and service standards.
