Responsible fortimely and accurate boarding of commercial loans to the bank’s core system. Processes loan account maintenance, loan advances, and loan payments on the bank’s core system.
- Boards commercial loans to the bank’s core system, as well as processes modifications and renewals to existing loans.
- Review loan documentation post-closing to verify all required documents have been received and signed.
- Processes advances, loan payments, and loan maintenance by either preparing necessary paper transactions, or direct input to the bank’s core system.
- Responsible for input of loan file exceptions, placing loans on non-accrual, and charge offs to the bank’s core system.
Education and Experience
- Strong understanding of loan application policies and procedures, as well as documentation required by federal and state regulations.
- 2 years’ experience in loan operations with loan documentation experience preferred.
