Finance Controller

• The Finance Controller will lead financial planning, accounting, compliance, and control functions to ensure strong financial governance and business performance
• The role is responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, statutory reporting, taxation, audits, and internal controls while supporting strategic decision making
• The incumbent will partner with senior leadership to drive profitability, cost optimization, and working capital efficiency across manufacturing or retail operations
• Key responsibilities include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, managing cash flow, and monitoring financial risks
• The Finance Controller will supervise finance teams, strengthen processes, implement systems, and ensure timely MIS reporting for management review
• The role involves coordinating with auditors, bankers, consultants, and statutory authorities, as well as supporting business expansion, capex planning, and investment analysis
• Strong leadership, analytical skills, and business acumen are essential to translate financial insights into actionable strategies
