We are seeking a skilled Corporate Banker with experience in middle-market relationship management and corporate finance, interested in transitioning into the Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) space. This role offers an excellent opportunity to expand into M&A and ESOP advisory, supported by our expert team. You will deliver comprehensive financial solutions to middle-market clients while gaining hands-on experience in M&A and ESOP transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with middle-market corporate clients, offering tailored advice on corporate finance services including M&A, ESOPs, and lending solutions.

Transition to ESOPs: Utilize internal resources and mentorship to learn structuring, financing, and executing ESOP transactions for clients.

M&A Advisory: Support or lead M&A transactions, providing insights on deal structuring, valuations, and execution, integrating ESOP strategies where applicable.

Corporate Banking Services: Provide a range of banking solutions such as capital markets, lending, and treasury management tailored to client needs.

Transaction Support: Oversee the full lifecycle of transactions, working with advisors to ensure smooth execution.

Business Development: Identify new client opportunities and collaborate with senior teams to grow the ESOP and M&A client base.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with legal, tax, and compliance teams to deliver comprehensive transaction solutions.

Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and market developments in corporate finance and ESOPs.
