CFO
VP‑Finance, IS and Connected Health – Ochsner Health
We are looking for a visionary finance leader to oversee the financial strategy and stewardship for Ochsner’s Connected Health portfolio, which includes the Information Systems Division, Data & Analytics, Product, Digital Medicine, and Digital Transformation. The Vice‑President will partner with senior leadership, drive long‑term planning, budgeting, and capital investment, and ensure fiscal accountability to achieve organizational goals.
EducationRequired – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field.
Work ExperienceRequired – 10 years of experience managing complex hospital and financial systems.
CertificationsPreferred – Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

- Drive financial strategy for Connected Health in alignment with health system priorities and partner with senior leadership to evaluate and prioritize investments.
- Lead annual operating and capital budget development for Connected Health, providing financial analysis, forecasts, and key performance indicators.
- Perform cost‑benefit analysis of major projects, including ROI analysis, and conduct post‑implementation financial reviews.
- Analyze the impact of complex contracts on financial performance and review accounting treatment.
- Monitor operating and capital expenditures, identify cost‑saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure quality of care and patient satisfaction through oversight of policies, procedures, and improvement initiatives.
- Build an engaged workforce through leadership, talent development, and collaborative employee relationships.
- Oversee research, education, and training to support cutting‑edge patient care and services.
- Ensure operational profitability with sound financial decisions.
- Develop and execute long‑term strategic business plans that support growth and future needs.
- Oversee physical and technological infrastructure, developing organizational structures, programs, and processes.
- Other related duties as required.
