A well-respected Iowa-based community bank with over $500 million in assets is seeking an experienced Agricultural and Commercial Lender to join its team in Northeast Iowa, near Dubuque. This newly created role is ideal for a lender who values community banking and enjoys developing long-term relationships with local farm and business clients. The position focuses on growing the bank’s presence in the market through strong credit skills, trusted advisory relationships, and community involvement, with responsibilities including originating, underwriting, and closing a variety of agricultural, commercial, real estate, and retail loans while maintaining sound credit quality and policy compliance.
