Location: Central
- An Accounts Executive / Assistant Manager is responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and supporting accurate financial reporting in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements
- The role includes handling accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and ledger maintenance to ensure timely and error free accounting processes
- The position involves preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, coordinating audits, and supporting compliance with taxation, GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings
- The Accounts Executive / Assistant Manager monitors expenses, assists in budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis to support effective financial planning and decision making
- The role requires coordination with internal departments, vendors, banks, auditors, and external consultants to ensure smooth financial operations and documentation
- The position supports payroll processing inputs, invoice verification, billing, and collection follow ups while ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines
- The Accounts Executive / Assistant Manager ensures proper documentation, record retention, and confidentiality of financial data at all times
- The role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

Qualification- Bcom / Mcom , MBA / PGDM in Finance , CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA (Optional) , Diploma in Accounting / Financial Management
