Assistant Manager, Branch Quality Assurance

• Conduct off-site and/or onsite by sample check on the saving file, loan file and other document related to account onboarding requirement and processing are documented properly align with the internal policy
• Checking sample of customer transactions such as saving, remittance, related loan processing and other regulated activities to ensure the properness and accuracy.
• Assess the effectiveness of branch level control and identify control weakness including the authorization and approval requirements, segregation of duties, dual control, cash control, transaction handling, branch security, and branch management activities to ensure align with the internal policy and regulatory requirement.
• Conduct QA reviews to assess whether new or amended regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures have been effectively implemented at branch level.
• Provide training and coaching to branch on other awareness and any finding and its corrective action
• Communicate compliance findings clearly to relevant business and support units and provide practical guidance on appropriate corrective actions.
• Perform compliance testing program as assign by internal control team
• To review the properness and accuracy and assess reported branch Self Audit Checklist, Mandatory Leave, and others reporting like compliance breach, operational incidents, suspicious activities, control failure within the scope of QA
• To monitor closely on daily and monthly for the implementation of the Self-Audit Checklist report and Mandatory Leave report and provide recommendations for compliance issues, if any.
• Escalate significant or recurring issues to the supervisor and relevant risk owner in accordance with escalation requirements.
• Closely Monitor and follow up on remediation progress to ensure timely and sustainable resolution of identified issues.
• Analyze recurring compliance findings and recommend preventive measures to improve operational processes, strengthen controls, and prevent repeated non-compliance.
