• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and pain management.
• Educate residents and families on safe use of equipment and exercise techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote progress and independence.
• Accurately complete documentation and billing in a timely manner.

• Licensed in Louisiana or a graduate of an approved Physical Therapist program or actively working toward licensure.
• Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program.
• Experience in post‑acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Commitment to collaboration and patient‑centered care.
