Location: New Orleans
The Research Administration Systems Analyst serves as the primary liaison between the research community, LSUHSC IT, and the institution’s electronic research administration (eRA) platform. This position supports the functionality, optimization, data reporting, and user support for all eRA modules, including but not limited to Institutional Review Board (IRB), Grants Management, Conflict of Interest (COI), Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC), and Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC).
Assure appropriate interface of ORS and LSUHSC software platform (i.e. Peoplesoft, CATS, Kuali, etc). Additionally, the position is responsible for developing and maintaining system‑related standard operating procedures (SOPs) and managing the Office of Research Services website.

Bachelor’s Degree
Discipline(s):
Health Informatics, Research Administration or related field
Certifications/Licenses: 1 year of experience required
Experience may include systems support, research administration platforms, or related project management in an academic, research, or healthcare setting.

3 years experience with electronic research administration systems (e.g., Info Ed, Cayuse, Huron, Kuali).
