What is the purpose of this role?

The clinical Supervisor fulfills an important clinical and operational function centered on maintaining high standards of care across the Nest model. This role plays an important part in supporting the quality, consistency, and reliability of care across the organization. By contributing to daily clinical operations and providing hands-on support to care teams, this positions helps ensure that patients, clinicians, and operational partners are set up for success.

The work directly influences how smoothly care is delivered and how well teams are supported in meeting patient needs.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted clinical and operational resource, supporting team readiness through training, skill development, and real-time assistance when needed. You'll have the opportunity to influence care delivery at scale by strengthening clinical standards, supporting effective use of systems and tools, and helping teams operate with confidence. What will you do?

• Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure smooth, reliable care delivery
• Align schedules with patient needs and provide backup coverage during PTO, lunches, or staffing gaps
• Support local teams by serving as a backup to the Market Operations Lead and VFC
• Train and onboard the Family Advocate (Medical Assistant) team
• Conduct skills check-offs and readiness certifications to maintain high clinical standards
