FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one geriatric care in Sioux City, IA, in private homes or senior living communities. You’ll assess, plan, and provide evidence-based PT while enjoying autonomy to schedule your treatment hours.
Role supports telehealth/virtual care to extend access, with collaboration across PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists. In this in-home model, you’ll positively impact mobility and independence for older adults.
