Location: Center Point
Center Well Home Health seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver in-home evaluations and therapy, reporting to the Clinical Manager. You will assess and treat disorders of communication and swallowing, and implement treatment plans to help patients regain independence.
The role requires ASHA CCC or eligibility, at least six months of experience, an active license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with insurance. In-home visits with comprehensive benefits are provided.
