ACMC Family Home Health, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Speech Therapist for in-home care. You will assess, plan, and implement treatment to improve speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive communication in patients and support families and caregivers in home settings. Licensed Speech Therapist in the state of residence is required.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are also needed. CPR certification and weekend availability are preferred.
