Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide concierge-style consults for employees at partner worksites through virtual visits and quarterly on-site travel. Job Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of LA.
- Must reside or plan to reside within 1 hour of the New Orleans Airport.

- 3+ years of experience
- Outpatient Orthopedics or Occupational Health experience is preferred.
- Strong independent clinical judgment and triage (red/yellow flag awareness)
- Comfortable engaging with employees at all levels, including leadership
- Willingness to travel and support multiple worksites
