You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Assist with check‑ins, check‑outs, room assignments, and special requests
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest concerns with empathy, urgency, and problem‑solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate records following all cash‑handling procedures
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Uphold the polished, guest‑focused atmosphere that defines the Hyatt Regency New Orleans

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
- A friendly, approachable demeanor and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Comfort working with computers and hotel management systems
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus
