Summary The Bellman delivers luggage to and from the guests’ hotel rooms.
Essential FunctionsTo perform the Bellman position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Be available for flexible schedules including nights, holidays and weekends.
- Transfer trunks, packages, and other baggage to room or loading area.
- Arrange for outgoing freight, express or mail shipments, compute charges, tag articles and record information such as addressee, addressor, carrier and charges on specified forms.
- Supply guests with information on hotel services and amenities.
- Deliver requested amenities to guest rooms.
- Supply guests with travel information such as transportation rates, routes and schedules.
- Escort incoming guest to room.
- Arrange for cleaning, laundering and repair of guests' clothing and other items.
- Compute charge slips for services rendered guests and forward slips to front desk.
- Perform related services as requested by guest or manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
