• Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check‑ins, reservations, and late‑night questions.
• Own the night audit: balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure all numbers are accurate.
• Conduct regular security walks to maintain property safety.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Use Windows, spreadsheets, and other office tools to solve issues independently.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
