Position:
Housekeeping Supervisor

Summary

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, invites applications for an immediate opening for a Housekeeping Supervisor at Caesars Superdome, Smoothie King Center and Champions Square. The role reports to the Housekeeping Manager and Assistant Housekeeping Managers and supervises assigned housekeeping staff.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Supervise full‑time, temp, and part‑time housekeeping staff and operators.
  • Distribute daily worksheets through Advent Net and ensure all duties are completed as assigned.
  • Check emails throughout the day.
  • Report broken or malfunctioning equipment, furniture, etc.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory for staff to complete duties.
  • Train staff on duty procedures and proper cleaning and safety protocols to comply with ASM policies.
  • Walk/tour the facilities to ensure cleanliness inside and outside.
  • Provide feedback to management on duties not completed.
  • Recommend necessary disciplinary actions to management.
  • Assist Lead on Duty (LOD) during events and ensure equipment is set and ready.
  • Inspect and monitor assigned levels daily.
  • Walk daily to ensure productivity of all staff and operators.
  • Assist with supervision of staff when assigned to other areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping clock‑in, storage, and break areas.
  • Update event cleaning and disinfecting logs.
  • Assist with pre‑event walk‑throughs to ensure readiness.
  • Provide daily reports to the Housekeeping Management team.
  • Prepare event folders for events.
  • Staff part‑time and temp staff for events through the ABI staffing program.
  • Create deployment sheets for events.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
  • Minimum age 18 years.
  • Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Passionate about maintaining a hygienic environment.
  • Proactive, goal‑oriented, team player with excellent follow‑through skills.
  • Sense of urgency and self‑motivation.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and supportive team environment.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability to change.
  • Mathematical skills for mixing cleaning agents per manufacturer directions.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Education & Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2–3 years in a supervisory position.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a related field.
Physical Demands
  • Physical capability to lift and push heavy equipment and supplies; stoop, bend, climb stairs, work at heights up to 21 stories, and operate cleaning equipment.
  • Exposure to adverse conditions such as fumes, dust, noise, wet floors, etc.
  • Use of a handheld radio.
  • Walk and stand for extended periods.
  • Operate a pallet jack to move supply loads.
