Room Attendant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. This role is vital in ensuring our guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. • Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
• Ensure all guest amenities and linens are stocked and properly maintained
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, storage areas, supply rooms and service carts
• Follow safety and sanitation policies to ensure a healthy environment for guests and staff
• Assist guests with inquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and security
• Document completed tasks and communicate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficiency
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and special cleaning assignments as needed

• Previous experience in hospitality or cleaning services preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties and stand for extended periods
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
