Job Description

The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures that the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms, public areas and back‑of‑house meet Omni's four‑diamond standards. Responsibilities include inspecting rooms, logging repairs, ensuring attendants have supplies, assisting with room cleaning, processing room status reports, and maintaining organization of linen carts and closets.

Responsibilities
  • Assign special projects as directed by the Director of Housekeeping.
  • Report needed repairs or discrepancies in guest rooms.
  • Ensure all Guest Room Attendants have appropriate linens and supplies.
  • Assist in cleaning guest rooms when necessary.
  • Process AM and PM room status reports.
  • Maintain neat and organized linen carts and closets.
  • Keep supply cages stocked and clean at all times.
  • Punch in all guest rooms via phone after completion.
  • Inspect VIP rooms ASAP.
  • Prioritize check‑out/vacated rooms.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and events.
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and associates.
  • Inspect the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms and public areas.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work an AM shift with open availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • At least 1 year supervisory or coordinating experience in housekeeping.
  • Ability to maintain 4‑diamond level cleanliness standards.
  • Experience working with management on special projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
  • Can lift a minimum of 50 lbs and push or pull a minimum of 75 lbs.
  • Effective communication via radio and phone.
  • Bilingual preferred.
