** The Steward supports our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service through attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness. This role is part of the Stewarding and Food and Beverage departmen

* What you will do:

*** Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine
* Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities
* Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
* Maintain the silver polishing program
* Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner

* What you bring:

*** Personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests.
