TGP International seeks a hands-on F&B Assistant Manager to lead the USA Pavilion floor during shifts, supervise servers and bar staff, and coordinate VIP and protocol service under the direction of F&B and Senior Managers. Location for the role is Belgrade, Serbia, with a fixed-term contract of 4 months.
The post holder will run shifts, supervise service standards, manage cash and POS procedures, and support event setup for VIP functions, while maintaining discretion around high-profile guests.
